Day two, same thing- I had a lazy morning just handling some car stuff and working on the computer with things. I completely lost track of time and had to cancel a midday meeting. I fixed up my lunch, ate while watching some Hulu, and I couldn't keep my eyes open watching some midday tv! Clock in with another almost 3 hour nap!

I'm getting great sleep at night though, as well! On night 2, I slept for 10 hours. Seriously, I went to bed around 8:15, and didn't wake up until 8:30 the next morning. My fitbit clocked me getting 10h5m of sleep. I could not wake up to save my life. I felt so groggy even though I had gotten great sleep!

I guess the point of all of this is to be kind to yourselves the first week of a Whole30! If you have the luxury and need a little nap, go ahead and take it! If you can go to bed a little early or sleep in a little later, go ahead and treat yourself to some extra zzzs! For me, personally, I don't drink coffee so Whole30 has me caffeine free as well as cutting out all of the sugar! I know in another week I'll be feeling amazing with so much energy, it's just is a drag to get there!
